Join us at Caracol for an unforgettable evening celebrating the wines of Bruma Vinícola, a standout winery in Mexico’s premier wine region, the Valle de Guadalupe in Baja California.
Founded in 2017, Bruma is a boutique winery known for its organic and biodynamic practices. Producing just 3,000 cases a year, Bruma crafts wines deeply rooted in terroir and tradition. Among its standout offerings, the “Plan B” Tinto red blend has earned critical acclaim and has been featured at iconic destinations such as The French Laundry. The "Ocho Mezcla Reserva" red blend is equally notable, lauded for its complexity, structure, and refined elegance.
We’re honored to welcome Lulu Martinez, Bruma’s acclaimed winemaker. A proud Ensenada native, Lulu studied viticulture and oenology in Bordeaux and honed her craft at the historic Château Brane-Cantenac in Margaux. She’ll personally guide us through each pairing.
Enjoy a thoughtfully curated, multi-course menu by Chefs Hugo and Ruben Ortega, with each dish designed to complement Bruma’s expressive wines. ¡Salud!
