Join us for a special night celebrating two cultures, two cuisines, two Houston restaurants, and two great chefs! The Consulate General of Israel to the Southwest is thrilled to announce Sabor a Shalom: Fusion Cuisine Week to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month and spotlight the similarities between Mexican and Israeli cuisines. Chef Hugo Ortega and Chef Yotam Dolev from Hamsa have partnered up for Sabor a Shalom: Fusion Cuisine Week to create two special dinners featuring their fusion menus, the first dinner held here at Caracol on September 19. Experience the combination of Mexican and Israeli ingredients and techniques, creating new, exciting flavors you won't want to miss! The evening begins with a reception at 6:30 pm, followed by a seated dinner at 7 pm. We can't wait to serve you!
